*Referral Bonus Guidelines

The referral must be new to 3B Healthcare.
They must book an assignment with us within 180 days of being referred
They must successfully complete the assignment.
Bonuses will depend on the position and duration of the assignment.
Both referrer and referral will receive the bonus of same amount.
The referrer must be a healthcare professional and the referral candidate must be informed before the referral is made to 3B Healthcare.
